These General Rules regulate the order of stay of guests and visitors on the territory Entertainment and hotel complex "Black Mountain" (further — "Complex").
1. General provisions
1.1. These Rules regulate the order of stay of guests and visitors on the territory of the "Chorna Gora" Entertainment and Hotel Complex (hereinafter - the Complex).
1.2. Entering the territory, booking services, using the infrastructure or staying on the territory of the Complex means full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules.
1.3. The complex carries out its activities in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" and other normative acts.
1.4. The rules are mandatory for all guests, visitors, renters of gazebos, users of the beach, swimming pools, bathing areas and other services.
2. Access to the territory
2.1. Entrance to the territory of the Complex is paid in accordance with the current tariffs published on the website or in the cashier area (entrance).
2.2. Preferential categories (children under the specified age, persons with disabilities, military personnel) have the right to free or discounted entry, provided they present the appropriate documents
2.3. The administration has the right to deny access to persons:
- in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication;
- which violate public order;
- who behave aggressively or dangerously;
- who do not agree with these or other Rules published on the site.
2.4. The administration may conduct a visual inspection of visitors' belongings to ensure security.
3. Rules of conduct on the territory
Visitors must:
- observe public order and standards of ethical behavior;
- fulfill the legal requirements of the staff of the Complex;
- behave so as not to create danger for yourself and others;
- observe the rules for using separate areas (beach, sauna, swimming pools, restaurant, etc.).
Prohibited:
- bring and use your own loud audio systems, speakers, amplifiers;
- light fires outside specially designated places;
- stay with animals without prior permission from the administration;
- to litter, leave waste outside the bins;
- damage or move the property of the Complex;
- perform dangerous actions (jumping from a height, running on wet surfaces, etc.);
- bring weapons, pyrotechnics, explosive or toxic substances.
Children:
- children under the age of 14 are on the territory exclusively under the supervision of adults;
- parents or accompanying persons are responsible for children.
Photo and video recording:
- allowed only for personal purposes;
- commercial filming is possible only with the agreement of the administration.
4. Use of the beach and lake
4.1. Swimming is allowed only in designated and marked areas.
4.2. Prohibited:
- dive/jump from piers, dams, rocks, structures and other dangerous places;
- swim beyond the buoys;
- use inflatables without supervision;
- entering the water while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
4.3. Persons who cannot swim, children and persons with disabilities use water areas on their own responsibility or with an escort.
4.4. Visitors are required to leave the water immediately if a storm warning is announced or if requested by staff.
5. Sunbeds, gazebos and rest areas
5.1. The use of sunbeds, gazebos, umbrellas, tables and other infrastructure is carried out in accordance with the tariffs.
5.2. Sunbeds near hotel buildings are provided free of charge only to hotel guests, if it meets the conditions of the hotel room.
5.3. Arbitrary occupation, reservation or transfer of inventory is prohibited.
5.4. In case of damage to the inventory, the visitor shall reimburse its cost.
6. Restaurant, bar and catering
6.1. The restaurant and bar work according to the set schedule published on the website or in the establishment.
6.2. It is forbidden to bring and consume your own alcoholic beverages on the premises of the catering establishments/restaurants of the Complex.
6.3. Visitors are obliged to follow the rules of public catering and sanitary standards.
6.4. The administration has the right to refuse to sell alcohol to intoxicated persons.
7. Bath and wellness complex
7.1. Use of the bathhouse, sauna, tubs and pools is subject to prior reservation and according to the tariffs.
7.2. The minimum order time is set by the administration.
7.3. Visitors use the bath services at their own risk, taking into account the state of health.
7.4. Prohibited:
- to be in bathing areas in a state of strong intoxication;
- use your own fragrances, oils or chemicals without the permission of the staff;
- jump into the pool
8. Liability
8.1. The complex is not responsible for visitors' personal belongings that have not been deposited.
8.2. Visitors bear full financial responsibility for damage caused to the property of the Complex.
8.3. The complex is not responsible for injuries resulting from:
- violation of the Rules;
- careless behavior;
- state of intoxication;
- ignoring staff requirements.
9. Limitation and Termination of Access
The administration has the right to:
- restrict access to certain areas for technical, sanitary or security reasons;
- terminate the stay of a person who violates the Rules, behaves aggressively or creates danger;
- call security or law enforcement if necessary.
10. Force majeure
10.1. In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, hostilities, accidents, prohibitions by authorities, etc.), the Complex is released from responsibility for the impossibility of providing services
10.2. Payment for services not provided may be returned or postponed to another date by agreement of the parties.
11. Settlement of disputes
11.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations.
11.2. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be resolved in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
